Whey protein used to be seen as a supplement just for bodybuilders. However, other types of athletes are starting to realize how helpful it can be for muscle recovery and improving strength. So far it had satisfied all of my criteria except 1, but I noticed that the label mentioned that it included digestive enzymes to help improve the breakdown and digestion of the protein. Sure enough, it digested without problems and I had found my new protein.
Since then, I have tried other proteins just to make sure no other has improved enough to beat ON’s quality, but I keep coming back to it. In the meantime, they have also improved the quality of their product to include 5g of BCAA’s and 24g of protein per serving.
